History-A bite into the past:

National Food Industries was started in the year 1977 in a small office in Deira with limited production facilities on their land in Al Quoz. This was a very drastic and difficult step for its entrepreneurs, the late Mr. Lalchand & Mahesh Valabdas who traditionally came from a family of traders with business links to the Gulf more than 150 years old.

When we started in this region, we were the only snack food manufacturers in the Gulf and production capacity was limited to one packing machine. Today we produce fresh potato chips, corn curls, potato pellets and corn tortilla chips with separate packing sections.
